Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If your files won't open or something is wrong with them, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

How to ask for help or a refund

Email hello@everyeventplanner.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number if you have it. Tell us what’s happening (for example, the file won’t open, or a formula shows an error) and which app you’re using (Excel or Google Sheets).

What happens next

• We reply within one business day, usually with a fix or a replacement file.
• If we can’t fix the problem, we’ll refund your purchase in full.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When an order is refunded, its download link stops working.
